29.1. Statuses
29.1.1. The Company rewards its loyal and regular players by giving them a possibility to gain player points ("Comp Points") that can be used to upgrade a player's status. Comp Points are accumulated automatically when a player makes bets with real money. Goldenreels

29.1.3. Depending on the number of Comp Points accumulated during a game, you will be awarded with a specific status:

29.2. Goldenreels Cashback
29.2.1. On the first day of every month at 00:00 (GMT+0) 10% of funds lost within a previous month are available to a player as a cashback. The cashback is calculated by the following formula:
Cashback = (total deposits - total payouts - cash balance - bonus balance - funds lost in live dealer games - funds lost in sports betting) * 10%
29.2.2. Cashback is credited as a bonus, in order to activate this bonus a player needs to deposit at least 50% of the cashback amount. Cashback has a wagering requirement of х3 (bonus amount + deposit amount). The bonus can be activated within 72 hours after it has been credited to a player. If the bonus is not activated it will be zeroed out.
29.2.3. Goldenreels Cashback is not available for players with the gift option being disabled due to any of the reasons described in paragraph 29.4 as well as for players with a temporarily or permanently blocked account.

29.3. Rebate
29.3.1. A Goldenreels player accumulates rebate by making bets with real money. Rebate is calculated by the following formula: Rebate = (((bet sum in USD cents/100)*0.2)+0.01) * game coefficient.
Example
With a 100 USD bet and 0.9 game coefficient, the player will get: Rebate = (((10000/100)*0.2)+0.01)*0.9 = 18.009 USD cents = 0.18009 USD.

29.4. If the Company believes that a player is abusing or attempting to abuse a lack of information in the Terms and Conditions stated by the Company, cashback, rebate or other promotion through such forbidden methods as

29.4.2. creating a number of accounts in order to receive regular gift offers from the Goldenreels Casino on all of the created accounts simultaneously;
