może to głupie, ale cieszy mnie, że po 2-miesięcznych ćwiczeniach w końcu widać na moim brzuchu konkretny "kaloryfer" <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> Wcale nie głupie,sam bym chętnie sobie takowy "zapodał".Lepiej powiedz jak go osiągnąć.A swoją drogą to świetnie trafiłeś-mamy lato,będziesz mógł się pokazać na plaży <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />. Systematyczne cwiiczenia(a nie raz na tydz) i odpowiednia dieta(nie jesc tlusto), troche ruchu i masz brzuszek ladny <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

tak jak napisał lupus, dietka była przez 2 miesiące, ćwiczyłem 3 razy w tyg na siłownii po normalnym treningu. Teraz tylko 2 razy w tyg dla podtrzymania formy <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> a ćwiczenia robiłe takie jakie mi polecono na forum, w temacie o siłowni, może ktoś zrozumie <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> - unoszenie nóg leżąc na ławeczce z "wystającą" dupą <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> - spięcia, chyba wiadomo o co chodzi? normalne i z uniesionymi, zgiętymi nogami - brzuszki z cięzarem na ławeczce skośnej - i jeszcze na takim przyrządzie, co nie wiem jak się nazywa <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> siada się tam, i robi się skłony, tak, że pracują dolne mieśnie unosząc nogi do góry, i górne ciągnąć reszte ciała w dół <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> ciekawe czy ktoś zrozumie.
