1. System described : Betkeen is a betting exchange platform with a shared fund between users of Betkeen. The margin between 1.5 to 1.7% is the best amongst all the world betting operators. The markets, odds and volumes are exactly the same as betfair exchange. Betkeen is managed by and owned by Easysportbet.
2. Commission : The commission rate applied is 1.5% per winning bet / 1.5% per losing bet in "Gambling" mode, or 1.7% per winning market / 1.7% per losing market in "Trading" mode. Difference between the two modes is explained on this link :

a) Period : A period is defined from Monday to Monday (00:00 UTC) and can be renewed 4 times (so for a total of 4 weeks) depending on the “global profit/loss period”.
b) Global profit/loss period : This term defines the cumulative profit/Loss of all betkeen users during a specified period (profit/loss of winning players - profit/loss of losing players = Global profit/loss period).
c) Reserve : Defines the positive profit/loss of a betkeen user during a specified period. This reserve can be used to place new bets, but can not be transferred to easysportbet before the end of the current period.
4. If the «global pofit/loss period» is negative on a specific period (Monday to Monday 00:00 UTC), the reserve of winning players is cleared and can be transferred to easysportbet. The losses of the fund will be redistributed between all the members with a negative profit/loss result over the period as a bonus (without any conditions), and a new period will start for all users.
Example :
- Net profit/loss of winning players = +20,000 €
- Net profit/loss of losing players = -30,000 €
In this example, 10,000 € are paid as a bonus to the users with a negative profit/loss result over the period. Bonuses are redistributed to users between Monday and Tuesday after the end of a period.
5. If the «global pofit/loss period» is positive on a specific period (Monday to Monday 00:00 UTC), the reserve is not cleared and the current period is extended until the global pofit/Loss is back to zero or below.
6. A period can be renewed to a maximum of 4 times (so for a total of 4 weeks). After 4 weeks, if the «global profit/loss period» still remains unchanged, the difference between the profits and losses of all members will be covered proportionally between each winning users by their earnings during this period.
Example :
- Net profit/loss of winning players = +30,000 €
- Net profit/loss of losing players = -27,000 €
In this example, 3,000 € (10%) are deducted to the winning users over the period of 4 weeks in proportion to the amount available in their reserve. The rest of the reserve is released and can be transferred to Easysporbet, and a new period starts for all users.
7. The «Starting Prices» are not available.
8. Setting your own odds is not possible. Therefore, unmatched bets are not authorized. The odds matched in our system are the odds submitted by the users in the betslip.
9. The maximal potential profit on a single market is limited to 3000 € (capped if exceeded) to keep the fund balanced.
10. Lay bets at odds above 15 are not authorized.
11. Betkeen reserves the right to reject specific bets and close specific markets at its own discretion.
12. The betting rules are exactly the same as betfair's and will be used to settle any dispute regarding all bets placed at betkeen.
13. Unlike betfair, we do not apply any "premium charge".
14. Betkeen reserves the right to cancel all bets and close accounts in case of fraud attempts.
15. All conditions of easysportbet previously agreed during your registration are still valid and apply to betkeen, unless the conditions specific to Betkeen state otherwise "
